Luckily I discovered Orlagh through a friend’s recommendation. Her knowledge, exercise regime, acupuncture and massage helped me following a serious back operation to free a trapped sciatic nerve. Thanks to her professional guidance, I now know which exercises I need to do to strengthen my core muscles which had weakened in the period leading up to my operation, due to my lack of mobility. The acupuncture and massage were also very welcome and helped alleviate the post op pain. I have no hesitation in fully recommending her.
I had an issue with my shoulders. Orlagh was able to give me an idea as to what the issue was and give me exercises to correct it. She was professional, friendly and really helped me. I will definitely keep her in mind for future issues.
