Stopped off here on a quest to row some boats. We narrowly missed the boats but stopped for a coffee. The coffee is fantastic, the staff are super friendly and chatty, the seating area is the definition of chill and the view is superb.
No toilets, no food allowed even though purchased £7 worth of stuff. Waste of money.
Huge disappointment – no toilets, not allowed to sit unless buying food, and even told we couldn’t eat our own sandwiches. Felt very unwelcome and out of place. Definitely not family-friendly
An average lake amongst some really beautiful lakes in the area. I would easily skip is next time.
