I was referred to Factory Direct Floor to remove existing flooring and resplace with new hardwood. This was not an easy job given my home is 100 years old and there were many issues that surfaced during the work. Factory Direct Floor and their team did a terrific job managing the issues and ensuring that the finished product was exceptional.
We recently had Factory Direct Floor remove our existing floors/carpet and replace them with new hardwood. They provided great service with a reasonable price. They were very helpful in assisting us to choose great flooring within our budget. Factory Direct Floor managed to complete the job in a timely manner, and we are very pleased with our new flooring. I went into the store two days ago and I'm sure I was driving them crazy with all my questions. I have done several flooring projects using both big-box laminate and a local specialty flooring store and no one has ever been so helpful, answering all of my questions and giving me a free advice. The price was better than expected, the delivery was on time and the driver was very courteous.
