Besides a few troubles with timeliness, my floors are now so beautiful I'm not sure I want to put my furniture back! We had a few glitches but Factory Direct Floor attended to everyone with attentiveness and thoroughness. If you can have a little patience, the result will be worth it. Great quality for a great price.
Factory Direct floor & their team are honest, professional, fast, and thorough; overall a great experience. I've referred to others and their experiences were no different than mine. My exotic hardwood flooring was installed on subflooring, while my parents flooring was on slab. These guys know what they are doing and I would open up my home to showcase their work.
They did a thorough job and worked hard to make sure everything was done correctly. We will definitely continue to work with them in the future! Very Professional and clean!!

We hired Factory Direct Floor to install some new hardwood floors/steps and tie the pattern in so it would look like it was all done at the same time. We also refinished our floor with a dark stain and flat poly cost. We gave them several changes to complete the job on time and with quality.

These floor installers were excellent! We had carpet in our living room and wanted to install wood floors. They tore up the carpet, hauled it out, and installed the wood. They arrived earlier than scheduled and finished promptly. They were professional, efficient, and very nice. Their bid was extremely reasonable. And, the floors look incredible! We highly recommend them!
