We had an excellent experience. I called them to make the bid, and they were working on Tuesday. They repaired / refinished three areas of hardwood in our house for a very reasonable price - less than we expected. Highly recommended.
Factor Direct Floor has done some wonderful hardwood floor refinishing and repair for my clients. They had thoughtful ideas for difficult or complex areas and if they see something that needs to be addressed along the way he'll address it so the job gets done right. They were hard-working, unpretentious gentleman with integrity and good, fair prices.
If you don't, come by my house and look at my floors. I have the before pictures, and you won't believe what they can do for floors that are falling apart and at the end of life. Inexpensive and fantastic quality. Oh, and fast (once they get started - they can be busy) - you won't be let down. Seriously, come look at my floors. They are awesome.

Factory Direct Floor and their team were amazing! Built a loft and wanted to put in hardwood flooring. The project started with hardwood floor for my loft/hallway. I was so impressed with the quality of work that I included the staircase. Then had them strip/refinish the downstairs hardwood so it would match. It is absolutely beautiful! I look forward to the next project so I can work with them again! :)

I found this gem, as always. They were terrific to work with and knew exactly what I needed. Great carpet, great price. My installer Al was the best! They did an incredible job. Everything was taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone and I've already told all my friends!
