Factory Direct Floor and their crew were great! Wasn't satisfied until all my questions were answered... they start on time and the finish look of the floors is beautifull. I have many wood boards that need to be replace due to water damage and that was easy problems solved for them. Reasonable rates. Factory Direct Floor makes sure that I was happy from the start to the finish. They also was very nice to deal with.
