This is my first time hiring Factory Direct Floors to do Hardwood Floor Repairs. I had a chip in the floor. I send an email to weekend (Sunday).... The floor was fixed before I got home on Monday!!! Waaw, the floor looks great. The customer service is AMAZING and the price is right. Thanks!
I thought I was going to have a problem with getting tiles in my living room as it is wider that 12 feet. I thought I would be able to see the seam. Much to my suprise I was not able to see any seam at all. It was a great install. Thanks to all.
They showed up on time, their workers were courteous and efficient; they left no mess and did a good job. The price was as quoted and reasonable. They made sure I was getting the right product for the job. They followed up to make sure all was well. I will call Factory Direct Floor again and will recommend to friends.
Al arrived on time and proceeded to stretch my floors. They did a wonderful job and left the area neat and tidy. They explained what their we’re going to do and told me what results I could expect. They did a great job and the floors look great. I would certainly recommend this company.

Amazing service from day one! They came to my place with many books of carpeting samples to choose from, and were able to schedule a date within a week of me calling due to cancellation. Excellent service, with full disposal of old materials, and the installation was perfect! I recommend these guys to anyone who needs to get their carpeting re-done.
