The service was exceptional from the day I called to ask a few questions to the moment our runner was installed. It all took place within a few days with Factory Direct Floor returning our call immediately and then came to give us a quote. A couple of days later Factory Direct Floor and their colleague came to install the runner. It looks fantastic. Workmanship is excellent and they left the place clean.
They installed bamboo floor in our basement and stairwell and did an excellent job. They took the time to stop by twice with tiles samples and answered all of our questions. They installed within a week despite their busy schedule and did an excellent job. Overall their service was excellent.
They were professional, reliable and the floor looks great. We will be using them again when we are ready to replace floors on the upper floor of the house and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend. Thanks again, Great Job!

I called First Security Service and within 2 business days of my call the job was completed. Even though their schedule was extremely busy they made time because we were selling our home. Truly amazing job. I would highly recommend them. Really cannot say enough about my overall satisfaction with this company. If you have a floors problem call them first.
They arrive on time,saw the problem and said that it was bad workmanship that created the stretching. They were very helpful in helping to move furniture out of the way and stretched the floors tile and re jointed part of it. They removed the excess pieces and vacuumed the carpet and replaced the furniture. I would highly recommend them for any work related to floors.
My Husband and I needed new laminate floor put in to our basement and basement apartment. They came on only a few days notice, completed the job under budget and greatly exceeded our expectations. They friendly nature and attention to detail were great. I would recommend them to anyone in need of new floor installation.
