The renovations that I had done by Factory Direct Floor and team were small in size but significant to me. They worked on my bathroom and kitchen floors, and did a really beautiful job. Factory Direct Floor and their team were easy to work with and always got back to me quickly when I had questions. I am very happy with the finished product.

I had been hearing about Factory Direct Floor for years and had wanted to work home floors for the longest time. I finally decided to contact them. Through the whole process I felt comfortable with tilers, etc. Overall my kitchen is beautiful, family and friends have been commenting on what a great job has been done.

The job started when promised and finished early. The communication by you and your team throughout was fabulous and the finished product is sensational. I am going to attach a pic of the bar later so the world should know just how happy I will be every single night. Looking forward to our bathroom reno in the spring.

The guys were extremely efficient (finished ahead of schedule given the additional work required) and were very accommodating with any changes that needed to be addressed. They were a great to work with and was very responsive and helpful when we had questions or concerns.
