I chose a few samples and the day of purchase, I was running late for my appointment. Factory Direct Floor was very patient and waited for me well past the store hours and completed everything very smoothly. On the day of installation, due to other circumstances, the installer could not make it. They rapidly helped me out and within a few days, the floor was installed.
