I am very happy with my decision for getting Factory Direct Floor to do my flooring reno in the basement. After some options they offered (they carry a large selection of samples in the showroom), I decided to get laminate flooring in the basement and carpet on the stairs. They were very patient. I contacted Factory Direct Floor and they assisted me in finding a reputable individual to fix the floors. The person they recommended did a fantastic job! Had my engineered hardwood floors replaced by Factory Direct Floor. Wonderful experience from start to finish. They answered all of my initial questions very thoroughly and with much patience. They took care of all the finer details and handled all of our follow up questions. And finally, they did a great job installing the flooring. I chose a few samples and the day of purchase, I was running late for my appointment. Factory Direct Floor was very patient and waited for me well past the store hours and completed everything very smoothly. On the day of installation, due to other circumstances, the installer could not make it. They rapidly helped me out and within a few days, the floor was installed.
