We purchased through the Factory direct floor shop. The advice and expertise afforded us by was excellent. Delivery came on the day we asked for. We will certainly be using the service again and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

They went the extra distance and helps us when we ordered short and came back to install the flooring when our hardwood guy couldn't we ordered carpet and hardwood and were impressed with both.
Factory Direct Floor was very helpful, and they had the best price after I shopped around. I am going to install the floor myself, and they helped to order the necessary stair nosing and transition pieces. One piece was off-color, so they took care of returning it, and then delivered the replacement to my house.
Speedy knowledgeable service. They were great guys. Good selection of flooring and bamboo flooring. Factory Direct Floor lent me the sample board overnight for a small deposit.
