Called Factory Direct floor for a quote to floors basement after a drain backed up and ruined the old floor. They werethere the next day with samples and the job was complete by the end of the week. I would recommend to anyone and will use them again in the future. Really good experience, great price.

These guys did a great job installing flooring in my basement. They sold me is top-notch, and I believe I paid a very fair price. Their installation work was exceptional. They were very professional, and truly understands good customer service.

They responded quickly to our email for information regarding bamboo flooring installation. They were kind and knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions. The installer who came to our home seemed experienced and did a great job. We were especially anxious that this bamboo flooring be done professionally as the runner was quite expensive. And it was!!! My husband and I were very pleased with installation and the cost was reasonable.
