We called Factory Direct Floor to help install a small piece of florr on a landing to a basement. It was actually a fairly difficult instal given the way the transition had been done into the final set of stairs. The installer was on time, friendly, meticulous, took the time to address our concerns and did a superb job. Well worth the piece of mind to get it done right!
The technician who arrived to do the work was pleasant, knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. The repairs were great (you can hardly tell where they were made). The technician cleaned up after he was finished. The whole process and repair work were very satisfying. We would use Factory Direct Floor again and would recommend them to others.
I love my new engineered wood floor I had a really old dingy carpet that was just getting too gross so I called these guys and bam, new engineered wood floor! I would rather sleep on it than my own bed :) Great pricing and pleasant to work with, thanks!
