I ordered two liftgate struts. Factory OEM parts about 25% less than anywhere else...and who knows if those others had Mopar parts.,,.item came pretty fast...tracking number was provided. I plan on buying from them again when I need Mopar parts!
Exact fit factory part shipped fast and correct. Tail pipe Factory pipe, much thicker than aftermarket and only a few dollars more.
Ordered parts on 8/18/14 , today is 10/20/14 and I still did not get all the parts I've ordered ! Order number: 723960. I've try to call this guys every day and nobody picked up. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Why ???
Horrible customer service, got my order and I assumed I got everything sent the parts I got overseas I came to found out I was reimbursed without me knowing, they didn't even bother to call me to say we don't have your part. Now I'm scrambling to find the part I need.

Unbelievable, too stupid to use correct given delivery address and gave impertinent answer to the customer that he needs to take care by himself. Item now returned by FedEx. Thank god there is PayPal to get the money back, case already opened. Buyer beware!!
