No communication after many phone calls and emails. After some research this site is run by thunderchrysler.com if you call their parts department, they can help you with your order if you have the order number. That was the only way I found about my order....If I was thunderchryler, I would fire who every runs this site and just deal directly with the parts department.....
I ordered a heater control cable for my 98 jeep tj. after a couple of weeks I tried emailing and calling them with no luck. they won't let you cancel an order before it ships, even though there is that option. after getting my bank involved to contest the charges I received an email threatening to beat me up. not very professional IMO. seems like a fraud website. I ordered the same part from a dealership and got it the next day, for close to the same price with shipping.
They never answer they're phone and they refuse to give refunds because they'll be charged a 30% fee even though it says on their website that we would have to pay a 20% return fee. They're bogus and don't know how to run a business. I was just told to follow the instructions in an email which was never sent. Don't waste your time or money.
reimburse for returns that were returned!!! Thieves!!! Set me up with the wrong parts and lie about their return.
HAD TO FIND PARTS FOR 2003 DODGE RAM AT WORK DID SOME SEARCHING AND FOUND FACTORY CHRYSLER PARTS. SEARCHED THE SITE AND FOUND THE FRONT YOKE TO THE MAIN DRIVE SHAFT AT A VERY GOOD PRICE. HAD TO GET WORK OFF THEIR ASS TO BUY AFTER SEARCHING FOR THREE PRICES BUT YOU GUYS CAME THROUGH . ALL THIS WORK BECAUSE SOMEONE THOUGHT THEY KNEW HOW TO TAKE APART. GREAT WORK GUYS . HOPE THIS HELPS BUILD YOUR SALES
Received exactly the correct part and in a timely manner. No issues.
Sold me a part that needed programming ($430.48 down the drain already). Transmission control module. They won't take the part back, and I have to pay $250 at a dealer to get the programming complete. Had they told me this I never would have bought the part. Their return policy is terrible (very short), and they did not provide any information on the website or with the part that says it needs programming before it can be installed in the car.
Factory Chrysler Parts had O.E.M. Jeep Parts no one else has. Thanks!
