It took them over a week to process and ship the order, after I had called to verify that the parts were in stock and asking if they could nudge it along as I was in a bit of a hurry. To add insult to injury, they sent it signature required, for $60 in parts, and I live in a rural area and work all day. By the time I actually receive the parts it will have been two weeks since the order. I ordered a window glass for our Dodge Charger. When it got here, half of it was out of the box, broken. I asked them to send me another one. We got it today and opened the box and it was shattered. They will not answer the telephone when I try to call them with the results. This is a very poor company to do business with!
I cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone. It just rings.
Ordered a bra for my van and it was supposed to be shipped on a Monday to Indiana. Monday and Tuesday came and went with no information on the shipping. Called them and they said that it hadn't been shipped yet. Since I was on vacation near Atlanta, I went to their place of business and picked it up there. They refunded my shipping cost. Sent an email on 4/22 asking about fog lights and have yet to get a response back as of 4/27. Thanks for the quick service... the part came in & we realized we need to order another part...the picture of the part was not very clear & the part we needed , we thought was one whole piece & not 2, but the quickness of the order was great...

Thank You so much for having the part we needed for our 1986 Jeep, we are the one owner of this vehicle, we have had it for 29 years. This was the first time this part had ever been replaced. We were not able to locate it in our town so I got on the Internet trying to find it. We are really satisfied with the product. Thanks Again!!
The parts on the website are misleading and the customer service is terrible. The wrong part was sent to me and all they could say was tough luck. I've always prefered to order original parts for my Charger and Wrangler from this website, but this last experience left me frustrated and with a useless expensive part.
