The time from order placement to shipping was slow but the part arrived and was exactly what I ordered. I have no issues with the part.
I received my parts in 6 days about 400 miles away. Communication could do better, seems like they need more help being as busy as they seem . Never answers phone and slow to reply to emails. Can't beat the prices though.
I ordered a fuel sending unit for a total of $98.26, all that was sent was the locking ring, still charged me $98.00 for a ring that I purchased for $4.00. Don't order from these people if you expect to get what you ordered. They gave me back $78.31 , had to pay shipping $19.95 here, $9.80 back,to them., I am the loser. The mess-up was theirs. Did not make any differience.

Part was shipped on the 12-29-2015 Got part on 01-02-2016 It said it was shipped as 2 day shipping. The box had two holes in it someone had taped the hole up when I got it. Shipping was 49.95 You would think it would not have holes in the box with tape on them. The part was not damaged. Installed it cleared the p2004 code and the journey passed emission inspection today 01-04-2016.
Had to buy a center counsel and carpet for a 2007 dodge dakota. Took a little time to ship but fit perfectly.
