I'm a little disappointed. I was ok with paying 16.95 for shipping for an order that was less than $9. But than you cancelled my order because you could not fill it. So why did you advertise it on your web site.
Took me literally days to get ahold of anyone from the parts department, then, after paying almost 800 for extension housing, they emailed me saying they needed another 100 for the "core" . The extension housing is supposedly new, so why ask for core?? Then took them a week+ to process my order! I do not recommend this company!

Ordered a new instrument cluster for my truck cause mine blew a circuit in the board. Replacement was received quicker then expected, any other parts I need I will definitely be looking it up here.

I ordered the part for my car through FactoryChryslerParts because the dealer was was more expensive and it was going to take a week to get the part. I figured that everywhere else I order items online I get my order in a few days so I ordered from them instead, this time it was not the case. I still have not received the part that I ordered and It has already been a week longer than my local dealer would have taken. With the shipping charge the part was also the same cost as the dealer so I did not save any money either.
After filling out all of the information that exactly fit my vehicle, I was sent the wrong part. The picture on the website was an exact match, but I was not sent that part. I was very disappointed.
