I ordered a motor blower and resistor (Air Conditioner System) for my Grand Cherokee 2009,and i received only a motor blower. The resistor did not come in my order, but i paid for it . I have a claim for this.
We have had our jeep in the shop for 6 weeks. Getting a small part is a joke. I will never, never, ever buy another jeep. I've had 3 and this has been a nightmare! Here is the ridiculous part that nobody can find! RL692298AH
Great service parts as order OEM no trouble and super fast shipping
Parts shipped pretty quick. The problem was they packed the parts in a Large Flat Rate Box, but only paid for Priority Mail postage. Mailman showed up and collected and additional $5.14 from me. So I ended up paying $32.09 for shipping for something that cost them $10.66 to ship.
