I have a pleasure to be under 121 personal tranig with Sarah for a full year already, its amazing jurney, that gives me outstanding results. When I started I was extremely overweight (120kg size 22) struggling with getting up the stairs without losing breath, catching up with my 7 year old son was a challenge.
