Super energetic and motivating staff, with well-structured and organized workouts that are both efficient and effective. Sessions always run on time, so you leave the studio feeling accomplished and right on schedule
This is a great f45. The trainers and facilities are excellent. The community is open, fun and friendly. I love training here and would recommend if you want to get fit and strong in a positive environment
Great classes! Awesome instructors. They always provide clear technical instructions. You won't get bored and time goes quickly.
I have joined F45 last week and I can already say it's working really well for me! The 45 minutes, always changing format is perfect for keeping the motivation, the community is great and the coaches are really helpful and encouraging. Definitely a great starting experience :)
