Love these workouts, really tough - in a good way, with enough variation to keep you engaged when you start to struggle. Instructors who involve you and give encouragement, and a friendly environment. Absolutely recommend!

It’s great to be back with F45 and super excited to achieve my goals with the awesome coaches guiding you and pushing you to do your best love the community that the studio brings well worth 5stars .. you won’t regret joining the studio they offer so much more than just a gym membership. The community is awesome 🤩 . I feel great and only been member for 2 weeks and feel amazing. Don’t delay join and you will see results .. ❤️

I can't praise F45 Livingston enough. The stats speak for themselves (see Picture) over the past 4 months my body fat has more than halved, muscle mass has increased by 15%, I've lost weight and I've never felt stronger. Great community, loads of fun, highly recommend to everyone.

Took 10 sessions for £10 omg workouts are amazing I feel so energised after every session never been in a class before with so much workouts just in 45mins, staff are all so lovely and very helpful can’t do enough for you 😀

I loved attending F45 in Livingston! The instructors are all very friendly, helpful and motivating throughout the session. Each class is inclusive for all fitness levels while pushing to achieve your best. Thanks F45 Livi!
