Tried numerous modern instagyms. Didn't like any. I always come back to Fred's. The best now and always will be . Everyone is friendly . It's where lifting and conversation are still happening

Best old school gym around, not over run by people staring in the mirrors at themselves thinking they are the big I am. The owner is lovely. The price's are cheap per month... and NO CONTRACTS! All three ladies who run the place are lovely and the gym members are friendly and approachable (mostly male, but everyone's welcome!!!) Slightly busier then it used to be, but that's how we want it to be, such great characters in this gym and I'm 15 months deep now and loving my own existence again because of the gym.

Great family run gym. Staff very friendly and welcoming. A happy atmosphere. Great selection of equipment and free weights to suit everybody
