win win – Throughout my lease I had multiple issues come up that were not addressed in what I considered a timely manner. It got to the point where I contacted the owner of the house I was renting and voiced my concerns. Point being, I was a total pain in the ass to EOTP and I'm sure they were completely irritated by me contacting their client. Satisfied – recently moved out of an EOTP managed property and my experience was so great that I thought it was worth sharing. First and foremost, when I first moved in I had my fair share of issues with the property. It wasn't cleaned at all and no make ready had been completed; however, I called April (EOTP owner) and she gave me a cleaning credit and sent the make ready team back out to make sure the apartment was completed to my satisfaction.
I just rented a property here – I just rented a property from the girls at Eyes of Texas and they found exactly what and where I needed my new place. Pros: They showed me properties in the areas I wanted and not somewhere else.
Great – Friendly! Whenever i lost my keys you always gave me extra ones for free :)
