Rude and Do Not Answer the Phone – I am writing to add to the warnings about this company. Dealing with their brokers was shocking. They did not answer days worth of phone calls and messages. They will act like sincere people but do not sign anything until you ask them hard questions about your rights as a property owner or a renter. Then you will see their true colors.

They do a really good job – they do a really good job as far as the area is concerned and you get a much more unique living experience than you would in multi family housing
