I’ve never experienced customer service like this in my life. I’ve never had lash extensions before and as a treat booked to have them done over a month ago for two weekends away I had planned in July. Hilly was away on holiday so cancelled my booking. I tried to have my booking rescheduled in time for my second holiday (which was two weeks later!!) but Hilly kept on ignoring my messages for days at a time. Hilly was amazing today. She phoned me whilst on her way to me to let me know she was slightly delayed. Set up was a breeze and I’m pretty sure I fell asleep during the treatment. I’m so impressed with my lashes I’ve already had compliments on them. Thank you so much Hilly
