Been under the care of Mr Anderson, Mr Konstantopolous, and Ms KIscocks for years now and always get fantastic care for various things, particularly up in the eye short stay unit too from all the nurses and specialists. Biggest frustration with the eye unit is that when you’re in for standard checks they get everybody there for the same appointment time, and I’ve had days where I’ve genuinely had to wait 2 hours to see the specialist when you have to play the game of musical chairs. Joke!!! Can’t see in my left eye waiting room almost empty and I have to wait 2-4 hour just to get some type of relief drops or pain killers JOKE JOKE JOKE WHERE DOES ALL OUR TAX MINEY GO TO AND FOR WHAT??? This bullshit? Left the hospital like this and I’m going to the pharmacy to get some drops this is so unfair.
Fantastic staff they look after you wonderfully they're very well trained they can do lots of stuff I've had laser eye surgery and I have diabetes I have injections in my eyes they are so helpful and caring.
Amazing service today, went in Without appointment. Was booked in, had an eye test, and triage all within 10 minutes. Was seen within another five minutes. Everything was explained in great detail and how the treatment should go and then discharged. Excellent professional courteous service.
