Quality has gone down. This place is into it for volume. Your eye prescription is taken by young assistants. Not the doctors. They rush you out in 10 minutes. The staffers are complaining among themselves standing by the main desk about how overloaded it is. The place has the feeling of an HMO.

I have been charged for a bill that I have already paid. BTW, the extra fees weren't explained on my visit. I have tried to call many times for almost 5 months and the billing office won't answer the phone and have not heard from anybody yet. Worst practice that I have ever been.

I can’t recommend Dr. Gavaris enough. Her , and her team are fabulous. When my son was born in 2018 the hospital that he was born at in NC had no idea how to treat my sons eye. They barely could give us information on it and told us to “ google “ more to find out more about it. I was shocked to say the least. We were referred out to a specialist but this specialist had never handled a case like my sons and I didn’t feel confident enough for him to operate on my son.
