We joined explosive fit 6 weeks ago to help my son get stronger and fitter for his rugby. Would highly recommend daz and his team as they they have improved his strength and fitness tenfold. They do what it says on the tin 💪🏼 awesome place cheers.

I can’t recommend Explosive fit enough. The support from Daz and other members is amazing! No judgement all positivity. I’m 49, work full time, single mum, under-active thyroid and peri menopausal. If I can do it with Explosive fits support you can too. I’ve dropped two dress sizes, lost over a stone in weight and am more toned than I’ve ever been…but most of all I enjoy it

Fantastic facility! All the members are friendly and supportive. The owner Daz is a great guy with many years in the industry and also very experienced in combat/MMA. 💪🏻

Highly recommend. Daz and Mike really know their stuff and will help work with you to hit your goals. The community they have built is amazing. Very friendly relaxed and welcoming. If you are looking to loose weight, get fit, and progress, this place is for you. A good mix of weight lifting, Hiit, circuits and cardio.
