Too expensive and they didn't do what I paid for. I booked half leg, bikini and underarm wax, but they only did half leg and a very questionable bikini. I had to prompt the esthetician to do the top of my bikini line, which she did quickly and not properly...And I was told the hair under my arms was too short. Had my hair highlighted full head far too light not what I wanted after discussing it before the colour was applied, cut and curled my hair with the straighteners. Eyebrows shaped and tinted, eyelash tint (look like slugs and tint has stained my skin around my eyebrows) cost was just shy of £300. Told them I didn’t like my hair it was far too light. My hairdresser said I could come back have it redone but i would have to pay again. They have lost another customer.
