Very frustrated with this place! My jetta needed a fix and I'm glad they found the issue but we asked an employee if we can just trade it in and lease a new car. So we put my jetta on hold before actually fixing it .The guy told us that Tom Burns would totally get us a car if he was a "betting man". Dishonest and shady! Worst place ever to buy a vehicle! My vehicle has had pieces LITERALLY fallen off while driving (back panel, spoiler , side window panel) all dif times they all say it's me hitting something , for the first 6 mnths the vehicle was in the shop for all electrical problems that still don't work right! I had to actually hire an attorney! They are not nice to deal with AND CORP is just as bad! I purchased a 2009 Vw routan they should be ashamed to sell such a vehicle !
This car dealership is verry manipulative and dishonest. My elderly Father was tricked into sighing an outrageously high lease. Too bad cause V W is a great car.
