I had a great experience at Executive VW when I leased my 2017 Tiguan two weeks ago. The staff made me feel extremely comfortable, important, and cared about my time. I've bought two cars in the past from other dealerships but this was by far the best experience I've had. I'll definitely do business here in the future. Thanks everyone at Executive! :)
Tried to use our VW TDI goodwill card here and were told we could use it online on the VW Drive gear website. A week after placing our order they tell us it was declined and it must be used at the dealership, but the card is now expired. After two calls to customer care they say it's our loss. Will never give VW/Audi another penny.

I went in last week to trade in my car, and I honestly was only looking to get it appraised. I worked with my salesman,Steve, and not only did he help appraise my car, he got me into a brand new VW that day! The process was smooth and easy, and despite me getting over emotional numerous times, Steve was very patient, understanding, and he helped me to better understand the process of leasing, which I hadn't done before. Great experience purchasing my new GLI from Executive Volkswagen. They make buying easy and straightforward without the headaches. The service and people were outstanding. I was introduced to a number of people, and they really made me feel welcomed. I could've easily elected to go with Curran VW, which is a lot closer to where I live, but I am very pleased to have picked Executive! PS. The GLI is amazing!!
