If I could give this place service and parts department a negative number I would. Skip has been trying to help but every time I call it’s another excuse. Oh! AFTER GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP SINCE 2016 I AM FINALLY DONE WITH THEM. MY TRANSMISSION WOULD NOT GO PAST FIRST GEAR, I DROVE THE CARE THERE AND AGREED TO PAY $455.00 FOR THEM TO TELL ME THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG. NOT TO FIX IT BUT TO TELL ME SOMETHING IS WRONG. They are very rude people and shady. I have never experienced a car dealership this bad. They don’t care about the customer. They gave me an out the door price and once I went in to the finance manager a couple hundred was added to the price because they “forgot” to add the “registration fee” to the price meanwhile they provided a breakdown for their total out the door price. Very poor customer service. Bought my first bug from them in ‘69 (montesi) next lease Jetta in 96, next buy the Jetta 2000. ..good service. Good cars. . Next 2017 leased Jetta SEL,, changed my mind wanted the suv, nope.. can’t change. Had a Jeep Wrangler to turn in. Nope wouldn’t do it.
