Very poor customer service. Bought my first bug from them in ‘69 (montesi) next lease Jetta in 96, next buy the Jetta 2000. ..good service. Good cars. . Next 2017 leased Jetta SEL,, changed my mind wanted the suv, nope.. can’t change. Had a Jeep Wrangler to turn in. Nope wouldn’t do it. No worries everyone wanted it anyway and the SEL has been great. . Now..problem with warranty tire.. belt shifted. Presented estimate .. Two years back I felt really good with this dealer but now now so much. After a premature major engine failure just months outta warranty I felt they should have done more than just what Volkswagen was offering which was a 50/50 customer pay. I recently visited Executive Volkswagen of North Haven and had an awesome experience from the time I walked thru the door until the time I walked out with my new Jetta!!! Will, was my Sales Consultant and he was very helpful and kind! I never once felt pressured through the entire experience.
