I booked a room at this brand new student accommodation in Leeds and the team were very friendly and helpful (Chloe and Vicky) with my questions and booking from start to finish. I went for a viewing and the rooms are the nicest I've seen, it looks high quality, modern and spacious. I can't wait to move in!
I booked a Bronze room at Exchange Court for £237/week (including cashback) earlier this year. Recently, I found the same room is now offered at £167/week, £70/week less, with no notice to existing customers. When I booked, I was promised the building would be ready in July with free summer stay, but it is still unfinished.
