Please be careful with this. They came out to do a job and called themselves fixing something that didn’t need to be fixed saying that they fixed the problem. Charged me for it. Problem still occurred then tried to charge me again for it smh I went with a different company.
I called Pro-Flo Plumbing by after 10 pm and spoke with MaryBeth. Robert was at our house by 11:10. Both MaryBeth and Robert were wonderful to work with, excellent customer service and support. God bless you both. Robert I hope you enjoyed the Apple Crisp!!
(6/12/25) I called in my issue at 12:27 PM, and by 1:30 PM, Mary Beth had Robert at my parents’ home. That kind of prompt response is rare these days—customer service truly means everything to me because it’s become such a lost art.
