(6/12/25) I called in my issue at 12:27 PM, and by 1:30 PM, Mary Beth had Robert at my parents’ home. That kind of prompt response is rare these days—customer service truly means everything to me because it’s become such a lost art. Robert, the technician is professional, forthcoming, honest, and knows what he is doing. As a solo disabled dad on social security, with a prior tenure in the plumbing, sewage and drain industry, I have witnessed the good, bad, and the ugly. There is no ugly with this company folks.
