Robert, the technician is professional, forthcoming, honest, and knows what he is doing. As a solo disabled dad on social security, with a prior tenure in the plumbing, sewage and drain industry, I have witnessed the good, bad, and the ugly. There is no ugly with this company folks. I had a fantastic experience with Shane at E&W Maintenance. They are prompt, professional, and incredibly reassuring. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable, and I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing or home maintenance needs. Highly recommended.
What a great company!! I called these guys to fix a clogged up kitchen drain. The clog was much worse than a usual blockage. They wound up having to go under the house in muddy sub freezing temps to finally clear the major clog and do the job right. Both of these plumbers were very knowledgable, hard working, reasonable in their cost to do this job, very honest and straight forward! Service was excellent! Robert was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and offered great advice for future care of our home and pipes. They were also able to come out within hours of me calling. I would definitely recommend Pro-Flo for your plumbing needs.
