Worse company I have ever dealt with. They signed me to a three year agreement on a one year apartment lease, January 2016. The technician (very nice, btw), I guess changed out the EXISTING equipment that was there and put in new. Fine. We were forced to move to WA state where we are renting a house (moved in June 2017). We were told we could not install the service here since we rent. I was also told i was supposed to TAKE the equipment since I OWN it? I had alarm system installed with the gift card agreement mailed all paperwork in company will not honor their contractual agreement all they continue to do is refuse! giftcard! what a rip off company! unworthy ! I will go to court over this if need be! ******* **** was handling problem but went to sleep instead! several months have passed! do not do buissiness with a rip off like this!......................

The gentleman that showed up at my home was high as a kite. He reeked of marijuana and had the nerve to make a joke about his tardiness. Mr. ******** was the most unprofessional person my husband and I have ever met. This company obviously DOES NOT DRUG TEST employees.

Let me say first there is nothing wrong with the alarm system; however I made it clear from the start that I may not have a telephone service at my home the entire time living at my current residence. If an when this occurs the understanding is the alarm monitoring would discontinue at no cost/cancellation fee. Currently I am still paying for an alarm service without having a phone line for it to monitor through. This company gave me the run around until my 3 day cancelation time period by law was up even though I gave 100% effort to cancel before the three days. Now they are telling me it is too late. Very pour business ethics, This company don't see us as customers they see us as profit puppets.

Hello all, I purchased a security system through Safe Steeets USA when I was living in Durham, NC. A few months after purchasing, I placed my home on the market as I was taking a better job opportunity out of state. Both ADT and Safe Streets do not deserve a single star!! Initially called ADT for prices involving new install. ADT Rep gave a cost break down of entire equipment and install including $100.00 rebate which was not disclosed as to will issue the rebate or who will manage the account. After 2 months I called Safe Streets in NC inquiring about my rebate and as expected I was given the run around for 2 hours with no resolution. They would not even transfer my call to a supervisor.
