The door to door rep lied in saying there is no charge when moving residence. This was the main reason we entered a 3 year contract because we were going to move with in that 3 years. The rep. knew this and told us on more than one occasion that there would not be a charge to move the equipment to the new house. Stay away from this company.

They will not stop calling me even after I told them I am not interested. It is absolutely unacceptable, I get several calls and voicemails every day from them. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very unprofessional. I had a sales rep named **** knock on my door and basically threatened me stating that if I didn't have safety, my car would get stolen and super condescending and say I needed to protect my family if not I would be robbed. I felt unease and will be reporting to the police.

My wife and I had a sales representative named ***** ****** come to our doorstep selling ADT services. She essentially forced her way into our home and proceeded to try and sell us in a security system/camera system. After telling her we would get back to her by the following Tuesday she took it upon herself without our signature/approval to schedule us for an installation. Worst customer service ever! Trying to get help getting a battery replaced and nobody seems to be able to help. Even told me to move the refrigerator and unplug it. Nobody has a phone number to the corporate office either.

Horrible company. Installed a ring device that does not work and cannot get them back to replace it. They have scheduled with me to replace the ring device on a couple of occasions but never showed up. I'm being billed for a system that does not work properly. I have called a number of times and get the runaround.

Horrible company! Sent untrained tech to install service. Couldn't find a stud in the wall. So we now have two holes in our paneling that they won't have repared. Had 4 appointments set up for a tech that no one showed for. Canceled service and would not recommend anyone use them!

After an internal investigation of this account we have found that our technician drilled holes in customers wall to install panel. There is no other way to install a panel. Holes were not visible when panel was installed as it is with all of our installs. Terrible. *** recklessly facilitates fraud. I had had no contact with *** or anyone else at Safestreets and yet he still thought it would be appropriate to run my credit for an alarm system. It should be standard practice to have the permission of the person whose name and credit are being used to open an account. The fact that *** claims no responsibility because he thought I was married to the person who provided my name is also ridiculous. I am unpleased with Safe Streets USA. I signed up with ADT for a technician to come to my home over the phone. The ADT customer service rep told me that I would be pleased with there service and there alarm equipment. He also told me about there cameras being high definition and the best cameras to have with your alarm system for your home.
