Somehow they say I owe them money. I've never used ADT nor Safe Streets. Tried to talk to them and they are only unfriendly, unprofessional and only focused on scamming money from you no matter how much lying it takes.

Safe Streets USA has looked into the concerns presented by the customer. We have been able to locate an account associated with the customer. However, the company who sold the account is no longer affiliated with Safe Streets USA or ADT. Thus we will be removing the customer's account from collections and make no further attempts to collect on this false debt. We apologize for any emotional hardship this has caused.
i Am a victim of fraud. A representative came to my house telling me my AT&T bill was going up to $214.00. To avoid that she offered me faster internet speed at 75 which I currently have at 25 but I had to purchase anADT alarm system which I didn't need. After I signed the paper work I didn't relieve faster internet. I contacted the representative and she said she would look into it. Our alarm was triggered today and the police were not able to help because our alarm did not have our alarm registered. The ********* City Code, Police Ordinances Article 19, Subtitle 8, requires an alarm system contractor, monitor and user to register with the Police Commissioner annually. EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 26TH, 2012 there is no fee for users to register an alarm however, contractors and monitors must register and pay the appropriate fee. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from Safe Streets USA LLC. Like so many others, they sold me a system on a promotion that didn't even exist. They lie to you to get you to sign the contract and then they move your account to ADT after 90 days. Once the account is with ADT there is very little you can do. I apologize for the confusion related to the system. We have tried out hardest to get in touch with the sales rep to determine what was said but we have been unable to despite many attempts. The sales rep no longer works for the company. The Dealer and their sales reps are well aware that systems we set up do require the 3 year contract and they do not offer a military discount. I am very disappointed with this company the way things were handled. I saw an add in the local news coupons paper I receive in my mailbox that offered $27.00 per month, then the next day a man came to my home wearing an ADT shirt and stating they were ADT representative and they were in the neighborhood installing ADT systems into homes for protections, I told the guy **** (The ADT rep) that I had an add for a $27.00 for the same system, the rep told me the system would not give me all of the things that the system he would... read more

Safe Streets USA attempted to assist the customer for 4 months but due to non payment the customer has been sent to collections. There is nothing else Safe Streets or ADT are able to do at this moment.
We were sold a system, with a promise of a rebate and a promotional discount on our Direct T.V. bill. We got the system installed with contract and nothing else happened. ADT corporate knows nothing about the promotion. The rebate we were waiting for ended up being a form we needed to fill out and return that was time sensitive. We were told it was coming in the mail....thats it. As for the salesman at safe streets that sold the deal, he no longer works there....Too bad they don't have alarm systems for these scams... We are not responsible for any promotions provided by this other company and if he was to receive a discount with Direct TV as we are not affiliated with that company.
Agent proceeded to convince me that i needed a different alarm company because my current alarm company changed names and so she should sign another contract even though the 1st company contract was still in force until 1/2021. i have been paying both brinks and adt for an alarm contract i have not been contacted by anyone and they will not resolve this. i will not be paying anymore money to either company. i have requested to speak to an attorney regarding this and will be filling out a complain with the state attorney gene... read more

Our company has offered to review documents regarding a buyout for the customer to assist in this situation. We have currently received a contract extension letter and are awaiting the contract itself and a buyout letter so we can review the possibility of a buyout of customer's Brinks contract. Customer has been working with Brinks to obtain these documents and as soon as we have them we can proceed in the review process.
If I could give them negative stars I would. I certainly would not recommend them to anyone. They came into my house and replaced a wired system that was working perfectly fine until they installed their equipment, which was installed using the existing wires. They could never get their system to work properly, even after several attempts to fix it and agreed to cancel the contract and remove their equipment. Upon reviewing this customers account the equipment issues that customer was not satisfied with stem from a secondary keypad that was installed that ADT nor Safe Streets could get a continuous power source to after several tries. My elderly mother with dementia was scammed by Safe Streets and now they have sent her to collections. In February 2019 a Safe Streets salesman rang her doorbell even though there was a large notice on the door stating 'No solicitors'. He proceeded to convince her she needed a different alarm company because her current alarm company wasn't doing the job right and so she should sign another contract even though the 1st company contract was still in force until 4/2020. After reviewing this customers account we do have notes that one of our agents was working with this customer in July. On July 31, 2019 customers daughter was asked to send in paperwork for review to potentially cancel out the account without penalty. According to our records no paperwork was sent in.
