Horrible company that makes promises and never delivers. Once they get you credit card or bank numbers they will rob you each month no matter how many times you try to cancel. I had to change banks just so they could no longer steal from my account. They are now threatening to destroy my credit unless I pay them thousands of dollars. This has been a terrible experience and has destroyed my opinion of ADT.

I was approached by Safe Streets a few years ago in a property that I was renting. After letting them in my home, the two representatives told me they were with ADT and were going around the neighborhood to let everyone know about an exclusive deal that I could receive based off of our location. (They said the location has been deemed unsafe by a Federal Agency). Recently, I was faced with some hardships that caused me to have to sell my home. Unfortunately, I only received service from ADT Safe Street USA a few months ago, when my living situation was changed, and I was forced to live alone in my home. We entered into a standard agreement with the consumer on 12/05/2016, that was for a period of 36 months. Within the contract there is detailed information regarding the termination of the contract prior to completing it and it states there will be a penalty faced. We do understand that a consumer may go through things personally throughout that 36 months that is beyond their control, and there are certain circumstances that grant a release from the contract. I had the best technician work on my property, He had great communication skills and knew the importance of being protected. His customer service was amazing if I could give him a +10 I would. That is how wonderful ******* was. He needs to be recognized as a star employee, he did everything he had to do to get my job done. And was kind and informative of what he was doing and why.

I have had a terrible experience with customer service. I initially paid the installation fee of $107.17 on 4/24/17. I upgraded the alarm system I chose on the day of installation, 5/4/17, which came out to $828.12. Because of the large amount of money, I chose to make it spread out to 3 payments. This is what the installer and I discussed. Instead, the entire $828.11 was taken out of my bank account on 5/8/17. The agents are incredibly rude, I will never do business with them or ADT again.

We entered into a standard 36 month agreement with the consumer after installing an alarm system for them. The consumer mentioned to us they would like to cancel prior to the agreement ending due to them moving possibly. They were informed of the cancellation options as well as the penalty for ending the agreement prior to completing it. First I would like to take issue with the website representing itself as the official ADT website with the URL *************************************************************** ****************************** It is not the official ADT website it is a dealer. Safe street USA has the worst customer service in an AMERICA. They are disgustingly rude and disrespectful. I have never had ever had to deal with a company with customer services this bad. They are untruthful about their contract and their raggedy equipment. They will lock you in a contract that on broken by DEATH. They might not even let you out then, they might come to your grave demanding payment.
