I had sales reps come to my house and present their services with little information in regards to financial services. They asked for my information in regards to a work order and I was told I would get a call back on Monday or Tuesday to see if I wanted to get the service or not in doing so my credit and my wife's credit was ran with great dismay. We are on in the process of fixing our credit ad never authorize something like this at this time. I am completely fustrated with this.

Safe Streets has reviewed the account and it seems the customer was informed by our sales agent that a credit check was being processed to qualify the customer for a current promotion. The customer did not qualify and the transaction did not proceed further. We left a message to discuss this further with the customer but could not reach them directly.
Called in to cancel service inside the allowed contract window to cancel. I was told the billing system was down and that the rep would need to call me back. 48 hours later (outside the contract cancel window) I was called back. When I tried to cancel after this point I was told that I would have to pay 75% of the contract over 1000.00 dollars. I have proof that I called in before my contract cancel date. Safe Streets reached out to the customer to discuss the *** account. Customer had concerns about auto payments being set up initially. This was changes to another form of payment for the customer. We agreed to rebate the customer to compensate for the inconvenience and the customer agreed to this resolution. Also we will pass along the situation to the proper management levels to address and possible coaching opportunities.
DON'T USE SAFE STREETS!! Horrible I have called the ******* **, Safe Street location on 4 different occasions in an attempt to resolve an issue with this company. This company is running a deceptive sales team. I was promised a visa gift card after signing a contract with ADT and told it would take 6-8 weeks for the gift card to arrive. When it didn't come in the said window I called to complain. When I spoke to the "manager" in customer service she said I waited too long to complain. Do not go anywhere near this company. Purchase your system directly from ***. I was solicitated by them as *** and did not learn they were an authorized dealer until the technician showed up. You do not save any money going through them. I signed the charge for my credit card and found that the same signature is applied to a contract that you cannot read in full at that time on a phone or ipad and that they never send to you. I contracted with safestreetusa for an *** alarm system. There was a $100 deposit required to send out a salesman and technician with a promise of a $100 gift card in return for setting up the system through them. I have just cancelled my contract with *** partly because I not only did not ever receive the promised gift card, but was told that I was never promised one. Watch out for these guys!!!

I tried to disconnect my service as we are selling our home and will no longer be occupying the property. We still had time left on our contract so in order to disconnect the service we were told we had to pay close to $1,200.00. We haven't used the alarm system in many months as the equipment wasn't the best and it was easier to just no use it so we don't want a new contract in our new home. Would leave Zero stars if i could! This authorized dealer approaches costumers who go threw corperate. Lieing not stating its a 3 year contract as well if you are in contract with coperate and use a authorized dealer to move or anything your will be paying for breaching the contract. Not sure why they are allowed to be an ADT authorized dealer. Costumer service is bad! Reps are rude and they lie and tell you what you wanna hear to make a sale. I signed a 3 year agreement with Safe Streets but unfortunately my husband was relocated for work and we are now living in a temporary apartment that does not allow security systems. I called to cancel my services and the rep told that I would be charged over $1000 to end my services early, and it doesn't matter that I'm being relocated for work unless I'm in the military, which I am not.
