I came across the lovely Clare whilst out shopping. My lovely Dan had a heart attack at 28 and heartbreakingly it was fatal. I asked Clare about Ashes Jewellery and she helped me every step of the way with such compassion. I've been looking at Clare's website for a while.I wanted a piece of Jewellery in memory of my Beautiful boy Monty.I was finding it very upsetting. I approached Clare & Chris they were so understanding patient & helpful.I decided on an Art Deco ring. It's absolutely beautiful . If you want a piece of memorial Jewellery I would definitely recommend Clare.I will be asking her to make me another piece very soon.
As a family we are very grateful for Clare’s attention to detail and kindness. Having recently lost our Nana, we knew we’d like some jewellery making, but were nervous about handing Nana’s ashes over to someone we didn’t know. We really don’t need to worry at all. The customer service that we received from Clare went above and beyond our expectations. Clare jumped over every hurdle that we faced in getting my sisters ashes to her in order that I received my order before I flew back to Australia. I would highly recommend Clare and her service.
