People are nice, good location, pet friendly and nice apartment! I moved here two month ago and I already like it!
Great place to live! Moved from IL to Knoxville. We chose this property because the place was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Kelly, Lauren, Ed and Kenny are amazing people! They are always there to give you a helping hand. The property is well taken care of and if you need anything done they fix it for you right away. So happy we moved here!!
Evergreen at the Bluffs is a great choice for apartment living. From the first day I moved in I felt like I was home. I lived in a spacious one bedroom with a beautiful view of the woods from my balcony. The staff is first class! As a single woman, I always felt safe there, plenty of lighting and a courtesy officer on site. Amenities - A+.
