RecommendedIt's well maintained, the Maintenance staff is awesome. if you have an issue they are right there. very nice amenities place is secure and quiet. managment staff is awesome and responsive to issues. Truly a Great place to live.
I truly do love where I live. My fiancé and I moved in back in August 2019 and we have had great experiences. Anytime we have an issue or something we don’t know how to fix ourselves...the maintenance team comes to the rescue ASAP! we truly appreciate it, and we always have clear communication on what’s going with our issues. We also love when they book a food truck to come every now and then. (Who doesn’t love food trucks) and special holiday treats. They truly do keep you entertained right in the comfort of your own home!
A wonderful place to call home - awesome wooded views, stylish apartments, the friendliest and most considerate staff, all at an excellent location in N Knoxville. Highly recommended!
