Evergreen at the Bluffs is one of the best places I have lived! Every single one of the staff members, office to maintenance really make you feel; welcome, comfortable, and most of all, they make you feel like family! To me, when finding an apartment, that is key! The apartments are beautiful, I love that they are pet friendly, and convenient location. Anytime something needs fixed, they are right there within minutes to fix! The pool area is the best! I will recommend Evergreen at the Bluffs all day everyday! :)
Staff and maintenance crew are exceptional. They are very friendly and quick to respond to my questions/needs. The property is kept clean and it's pet friendly. Keep it up Evergreen! :)
The clubhouse setting is so warm and inviting as is the staff! Management always working to be helpful and meet your every need.

While I am only a potential client I can definitely see the reason people I know love to live here. The office staff is beyond professional. The accommodations and location are superb. Even the maintenance and ground staff I spoke with are friendly. This seems like a wonderful community in which to live and raise a family.
Gorgeous Property and it is located in an excellent upcoming part of town. Close to everything and quiet! Staff is amazing and so easy to work with!
