Only good things to say about Evergreen at the Bluffs! Everything is so clean and nice, and the staff are WONDERFUL! Great place to call HOME. =D
My daughter and son in law live there and absolutely love it. The staff is wonderful. Convenient to everything in Knoxville I highly recommend it.
Nice apartments and the grounds are kept beautiful.
I love living here! There's just a tad bit of a problem with not enough parking near your apartment though. But very friendly staff!
