Only good things to say about Evergreen at the Bluffs! Everything is so clean and nice, and the staff are WONDERFUL! Great place to call HOME. =D
My daughter and son in law live there and absolutely love it. The staff is wonderful. Convenient to everything in Knoxville I highly recommend it.
Nice apartments and the grounds are kept beautiful.
I love living here! There's just a tad bit of a problem with not enough parking near your apartment though. But very friendly staff!

Kelly was a great help on informing us about what evergreen has to offer..... She went above and beyond to explain and answer questions and concerns we had... The place is week kept clean and quiet.. Thanks again for being such a caring and honest person..
