My appointment has been cancelled last minute, and was only notified my email when I had already arrived, really gutted and absolutely disgusted at the awful customer service here.

Is she my sister? Yes. Does that make my review bias? Absolutely not. If anyone has a sibling, they will understand that if anyone can rub you up the wrong way its your own flesh and blood. HOWEVER, credit where credit is due (And potentially through gritted teeth, she is my older sister after all) Eve is extremely talented, incredibly welcoming, goes over and above to help and can talk the arse off a dead donkey. Read other reviews about appointments been cancelled last minute but decided to give benefit of doubt. Wish I hadn't. Booked appt so my hair would be done for my birthday dinner. 2.5 hours before appt got an email to say it had be rearranged to the following day! Very unprofessional and obviously a trend judging by other reviews.
