Love this place, great hotel rooms to very high standards and staff go out of there way �
We had a great night staying here a lovely meal and a great Breakfast staff were great would stay here again
Great food great service and very pleasent waiting staff. Great nite all round.
Top class.great location.bus stop from airport a 2 minute walk cracking pubs across the road. Hotel cocktails were superb and breakfast was awesome

This was our first time staying in the Europa. It was a very enjoyable experience. The staff being friendly and helpful. Our room was spot on in every way and very comfortable. A nice touch was the slate saying Happy Birthday on it with Patisserie's on it as well. Two complimentary cocktail's . later in the evening we retired to the Piano Bar. Chilling out with a few drinks watching the world go by. Next morning we had a lovely breakfast seated by the window. Next time we will stay two nights.

Fantastic hotel. Everyone was so friendly. A great atmosphere.
Lovely relaxing break. On arrival the gentleman on the desk was so polite it was nice to get a warm welcome.. in the evening we had a meal in the hotel restaurant. The staff were lovely and more than helpful.. if I had any complaint it would be the tables either side of us at the meal were very close and could here other people's conversations, but the meal was very enjoyable.
