Went into the Causerie restaurant yesterday for a pre theatre meal. Staff were lovely, surroundings very pleasant. Sadly, the food was inedible. Due to the delay in service of the food and our time commitment for the show, we did not have time to complain. Paid the hefty bill and left. Won't be returning. Very limited menu. Explains the sparseness of the dining area.
I always have a fab time at Europa good food staff so friendly atmosphere brill and so handy to every where.Definitely be back.
Just home from the Europa...once again a wonderful experience was had. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious. Great location.

I had the privilege of staying in the Europa a couple of weeks ago. Fantastic room best bed I've ever slept in and amazing staff from the lobby bar, reception and breakfast staff they make you feel so welcome. Well worth a visit!!!

Lovely lunch as usual call in most Saturdays couldn't be in Belfast without calling in love the hotel food always good piano Barvery relaxing and also enjoy the Jazz 😀😀

Spent one night at the Europa this was my first visit and would definitely go back again . Check in was very easy the staff all very pleasant,and breakfast was excellent plenty of choice staff where all very helpful and on hand with tea and coffee .
