Me and my husband stayed here for two days valentines break ,room was great but shower didn't work in the executive room .Aso could of been a lot cleaner. Breakfast can be really busy. But overall great location and All the staff were so present and helpful ,to sum it up we would stay here again

Stayed here for one night only it was just OK. Check in was pleasant, room was tastefully decorated if a little on the small side but i didn't go to spend much time in the room so it didn't bother me. Went to the bar to meet a friend and it was freezing cold so couldn't stay for long. Breakfast was a disaster! There was a 15 min wait for the chef to cook bacon sausages and pudding. Couldn't fault this hotel. Left a sweet little happy birthday treat for my Husbands birthday. Lovely room, more than helpful, pleasant staff.

Stayed here for the first time Saturday night and absolutely loved it. From entering the door staff lovely and welcoming. Room lovely with a mountain view and bed and pillows super comfy. Lovely pre theatre meal in the causeway restaurant and relaxing drinks in the piano bar. Great breakfast yesterday delivered to our room. 10/10 alround will deffo be back. Thanks guys👍
Excellent, had afternoon tea for husband's birthday. Staff couldn't be more accommodating, plus they gave him small cake treat and twins got new pink Rosie ducks. Thank you again for another enjoyable visit. See you again soon.

Went up to Belfast for a concert 1st time staying at the Europa. Staff soooo friendly, always ready with a smile n very helpful. Room was awesome n lovely n warm on a cold winters nite. Complimentary wifi was a lovely bonus. Valet parking was also a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Yeah good spot to kick back and relax, polite staff and beautiful surroundings. Great access to city centre
