Yeah good spot to kick back and relax, polite staff and beautiful surroundings. Great access to city centre
Well placed pleasant hotel with very nice staff, unfortunately some of the fellow guests weren't very considerate partying in the corridors at 01:30 am on a weekday.

It is City Centre Hotel and as such will have guests who come to party. Please notify us immediately to reception if there is a lack of consideration from other residents and we will be sure to have a word to them to be mindful and respectful of other guests. I am very sorry for the guest's disregard.
Attended a function last week. Tickets were £75. The meal was awful. My god you should have seen the waste of food that was left. I sat at a table of 12 the talk of the night was how bad the food was. We all received the same meal. No choice. All the chicken was under cooked. The skin was covered in a black pepper coating. It was soggy and unappetising. Mine was pink in the middle. Thank you for your feedback. The ticket price you paid was to the Event Organisors themselves. The menu is chosen by the Event Organisors. For such a large event, it is a set menu which is chosen. Banquets are set menus. It is not a la carte or choice as in a restaurant setting. I am very sorry you feel this way. Had a great overnight stay in the Europa. Staff very friendly, great atmosphere when we arrived yesterday the place was buzzing, good location and next to the train station Will definitely stay again
Really disappointed. Couldn't book a table anywhere in belfast or surrounding area on a Saturday night and tried here on the off chance and they had reservations available. Now I understand why. Couldn't fault the staff, they where friendly. The food was very poor. We thought the food would be amazing because of the price and the reputation of the Europa. Sadly the food was not great.
